This kit includes a set of our lowering coil springs, Our springs are wound from the highest quality spring material available. Hot wound springs are quenched and tempered. Both hot and cold wound springs are stress relieved in a continuous oven, shot peened to increase fatigue life, and set removed to guaranty the springs do not sag over time. We have state of the art load testing capabilities to ensure that the coil springs conform to the required load and rate specifications. All our coils are powder coated a gunmetal grey. Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form. The coating is applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a "skin". The powder coat creates a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint so that it does not wear rust or chip like conventional paint. Cadillac has released the second teaser image of the 2014 ELR electric vehicle ahead of its world debut next week in Detroit. The heavily-camouflaged ELR, which will be unveiled on 15 January, was photographed driving through the mountains of Southern California during development testing. The car will be a sporty two-door coupe that was previewed by the Converj concept, which made its debut at the 2009 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS).

VOLKSWAGEN has announced that the electric-driven e-Golf will be sold just like any other Golf. The company will not separate battery rental from the purchase of the car, unlike Renault's approach with the Zoe, meaning that customers who buy the e-Golf will also be buying the batteries. There will be no special incentives like access to other Volkswagen cars for a limited number of days per year, which is a scheme in place with the electric-powered BMW i3.
