Maserati GranCabrio MC, Maserati Levante & Maserati Ghibli: Paris 2012
Thu, 27 Sep 2012Maserati has revealed the GranCabrio MC at Paris 2012 and revealed new names joining the current Maserati line-up – Levante & Ghibli. The GranCabrio MC is, more or less, the open-topped version of the GranTurismo MC Stradale and gets the same powertrain setup, with a 453hp, 4.7 litre V8 with 520NM of torque. But it doesn’t get the automated manual of the GranTurismo MC and instead gets a more ‘comfortable’ regular auto ‘box.

I also have 20 years of experience educating new drivers, parents and driver-education teachers regarding safer street driving. Skoda has come a very long way since Volkswagen rescued it from the ignominy of the communist era, and restored the pride to the Czech car maker. But even though the Skoda of today is now a mainstream maker of quality cars, things haven’t changed so much that they are about to launch a 200mph Skoda, or at least not one you can pop to your local Skoda dealers and get a VAT-free deal on.
