After what seemed like forever in the design stage, we have our SN 5.0 94 - 95 Mustang 5.0 kit produced and ready to start shipping. After the success of many cars running the fox kit, quickest running 8.8x's @150+mph, we knew we needed to get an application for the SN 5.0 platform. We have seen full interior cars that drive to and from the track run mid 9's and stock bottom ends go into the deep 10's. Not to mention our quickest customer down south, John clocking a 8.87 @153mph in his 363ci silver coupe. Amazing car tearing up the track with our system
The kit comes with our On3 70mm turbo which have proven itself over time on the shop cars and many of our customers cars. We currently have 13,000+ miles with the On 3 Performance 2v daily driven car and counting. The turbo will support up to 650rwhp on cars that are able to handle the power. Out of the box, we use a ~7psi spring in the gate and supply an assortment of springs to get you up to or around the ~14psi range. With the addition of a manual boost controller, the turbo will support 20psi.
Back to the kit details, we built a set of forward facing headers and crossover that's constructed of mild steel with a black high temp finish. Header primaries are 1 5/8" and lead to the 2.5" crossover that feeds to the turbo on the passenger side. The downpipe and intercooler tubing we used a 304 stainless, 2.5" from compressor to the intercooler and stepped it up to 3" from intercooler to the throttle body. The downpipe is also 304 stainless, 16 gauge and built in 2 sections allowing for more adjustability. Although the y-pipe to take you from downpipe to catback isn't included, its available for $159 just as in the foxbody 5.0 kit. It has a built in Y-pipe section which allows for each installation of an electric cutout or simply just unbolt your blockoff plate to allow for better exhaust flow. Both headers are pre-welded with oxygen sensor bungs so you will still retain the left and right bank sensor for monitoring. Also we have the downpipe welded for a wideband sensor if you plan to run one.
Many of the SN 5.0 Mustang specific kits do not allow you to retain your ABS or will require you to move it and make new brake lines. We were able to snake the intercooler tubing though along with our turbo placement to avoid any of the relocation. ABS with our turbo system WILL NOT require any relocation and will be kept in place with all stock lines. If your car has A/C, you will be able to also keep that in place without having to remove it to clear the kit. Also we did keep the power steering on the mock up car so all creature comforts can be kept in the stock locations without having to move or relocate.

FAQ: Both headers are pre-welded with o2 bungs so that you can run your stock oxygen sensors. Many people email us about this and its not detailed in the photos but its taken care of by us and you dont have to worry about drilling and welding for your oxygen sensors!!!
In most cases, we have stock bottom end 5.0 cars that make around the 450-500rwhp reliably. Most know over the 500hp mark is when the stock block nearing its limit. Anything can happen when pushing the limits of the motor and tuning is a crucial part of the car and ensuring the longevity of the setup. If you were keeping it on the conservative side, 380-440rwhp is normally where most people will stay.

As you can see from our list of parts included in this kit, it is just about all the hard components that you need to install the single turbo kit on your car. A lot of people email to find out what in addition to the kit they will need to finish off the kit. We offer a calibrated PMAS sensor, our CNC machined MAF bracket, pigtail so the MAF is just plug and play, 255 Walbro and install kit, as well as the oil filter relocation kit for $375.

Q- Can I get a Master Power MP70 turbo with my kit? what about the 76mm?
A- Yes you can, its $299 to upgrade to the MP70 with the purchase of this auction, $399 on the 76mm Master Power
Q- Will you part out or only sell certain parts out of the kit?
A- No, we only sell kits complete but we will sell individual turbochargers
Q- What exactly is needed to completely finish off the kit?
A- We address this above but there are really only 4 parts: 255lph in-tank fuel pump, injectors, mass air meter, and oil filter elbow or re-locator. We sell a kit containing all of it for $720, Email if you would like us to include with your auction. It would contain a Walbro pump, Deka injectors, PMAS meter, On 3 Performance CNC machined adaper bracket, and remote oil filter kit.
Q-What power can I expect from the kit?
A- Your car stock should make around 220 wheel horsepower. So the nice thing about a turbocharged application, you can run your choice of boost. The kit at 7psi( +/- 1psi) will be enough to put you over 400 rear wheel horsepower and nearly double the stock 5.0 power. If you didn’t want to push the engine that hard, set the boost lower and dyno tune to your desired horsepower.
Q- What should we do about tuning or is a tune needed?
A- Almost anytime you make any large change to your current setup, you should have your car tuned. Its basically like added insurance to your engine and also you gain horsepower from it at the same time. Incorrect air to fuel ratios will lead to detonation and as you know toast your motor.
Q- Is there a such thing as a safe amount of boost to run?
A- Anytime you modify your car there is always risk but as we all know they are calculated risks we all take. We know of turbo cars that make over 500 on stock bottom ends and have lasted and never let loose. Then there are all-motor cars we have seen in the 300 hp range that have blown. With the correct tune, fuel system upgrades, and supporting mods, the 5.0 motor can respond and last in boosted situation
Warranty Info:
1 year on the hotside from manufacture defects, 1 month on the standard 70mm turbo and 1 year on the Master Power turbo. If there is an issue, we would need the product back in order for inspection to further inspect to either fix or issue a new part. Shipping will be covered one way, you will have to cover the shipping to us.

To make it very clear, the intercooler piping is 3" and the hole at the front of the inner fender is not a full circle and require to be honed out to ~3.5". Very simple but it would be required with about any kit on the market, just do not want any surprised or people to comment that we didn't make it clear. Also the smog pump will be required to be removed
We stock Master Power upgrades, Precision, Garrett ect so if you wanted to upgrade, they are available upon request.
*The turbo hp rating are all based upon which turbo you run. Our On3 Performance 70mm included with the kit we rate to 650rwhp. In order to go above and beyond that power level, it will require one of our turbo upgrades and along with the supporting mods to support the power
