This trunk lid actuator was just pulled from a running 1996 BMW E38. It is in working order and works great. It locks when the lid closes and unlocks when prompted to. The harness is in good condition too.

New BMW voice control system
Mon, 08 Jun 2009BMW are fitting a new voice control system to their cars from September Hopefully this will work. But with BMW’s pretty complicated iDrive system it will be a big plus, and safer, to speak your commands.

It is, and Toyota Australia’s senior executive director sales and marketing, David Buttner, said the unveiling of the LandCruiser in Sydney reflected the significant role the LandCruiser has played in Toyota’s dominant position in the Australian market. Saab pulls out of Frankfurt motor show
Wed, 17 Aug 2011It's become a cliché in the automotive press to proceed Saab with the word 'troubled' recently. Yet the company's latest announcement does little to dispel the notion that all is not well in Trollhatten, as it has announced that it will not be featuring at September's Frankfurt auto show. The Swedish car manufacturer has had trouble paying suppliers in recent months, and it is thought that Saab will instead use the money allotted to Frankfurt in order to pay them.
