IF YOU RECIVE DAMAGED GLASS?
When you receive the package please shake it and make sure it is not broken during shipment.  If so do 
IF YOU DO NOT RECIVE GLASS? 

Lost package in transit we will reship or refund. 
IF YOU RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM?

If we miss ship the wrong Glass or it is defective email us a photo to the contact information and we will ship the right glass and we will issure a prepaid return shipping label. 
PURCHASED WRONG ITEM AND YOU NEED TO EXCHANGE? 
if the customer orders wrong part we will exchange the glass as long as it is still in new condition and not damaged.  Customer is responsible for shipping charges both directions.  This also is the same for return glass plus 15% restocking fee within 15 days.
PURCHASED WRONG ITEM AND YOU  WANT A REFUND? 
If buyer purchased the wrong item by error and wants a refund, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be in brand new, resalable condition

Some glass comes with attachment while others have no attachments from the manufacturing..
Most glass come with a factory green tint which looks to most people as clear glass.  Some back door, quarter and back glass comes with a privacy tint.
