New MINI Paceman highlighted on video

With the production version of the MINI Paceman now revealed, MINI has produced a couple of videos to show off its new Coupe. The new MINI Paceman, the Coupe version of the MINI Countryman and MINI’s answer to the Range Rover Evoque, was revealed earlier this week before heading off to thye 2012 Paris Motor Show. And although MINI did manage to produce a whole heap of photos of the new Paceman, there’s nothing quite like a video or two to get proper perspective.

Now that the 2012 Scottsdale collector-car auctions in Arizona have come to a close, our friends at Hagerty Insurance have wrapped up all the numbers from the auctions in their latest edition of “Hagerty Classic Car TV.” In this episode, host Rob Sass, author Colin Comer and publisher Dave Kinney explore the 2012 sales figures and take a closer look at some of the more memorable vehicles, including a 1948 Tucker Torpedo and a 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300SL alloy Gullwing. Nissan Juke-R is prepared for its heart transplant: Video

Nissan, in its quest to make the craziest compact car in the world, has released another video of the Nissan GT-R-to-Juke engine transplant. The video shows some of the frame cutting that needed to be done to fit the twin-turbocharged V6 into the Juke small crossover, along with the roll cage being welded in. Jigs are also attached to keep the frame straight while the work is going on.
