96 Honda Prelude Si manual transmission 180k miles, 2nd owner, ran great before I took all the parts out a few weeks ago, so no engine, no transmission, no ecu, no exhaust, no radiator, no ac, no fuel tank, no fuel tank filler, no front radiator core support, no (abs), has base brake system, no front metal bumper, no airbags, no wiring harness, no pass. seat, no seat belts except driver, gutted sunroof. Entire shell for $200 reserve or make any offer's but I don't know what anyone can use this for, not much left except the complete rolling chassis and dash, no drivetrain, dings and dents, nothing major, perfect glass, with clutch pedal assembly.  I cannot part out the exterior because the neighbors will start complaining but we can work something out. Will upload pictures of all sides and interior soon. No accidents.  Never been on track.  Rarely driven, just a back up car.

For Ebay's satisfaction:

This is a salvage vehicle and is being sold for parts only. It is not operational or street legal. Therefore, upon purchase, it will need to be either towed or put on a trailer. This item is NOT eligible for the eBay Motors Vehicle Purchase Protection Program.

Honda cutting production in Swindon again – 500 jobs at risk

Tue, 25 Mar 2014

Honda is cutting another 500 jobs in Swindon It’s only a year since Honda announced 800 job cuts at Swindon (which eventually was 550) and now they’re about to cut a further 500 as weak demand – particularly in Europe – sees the Swindon plant producing just half the cars it could. The plan is to cut shifts from 3 to 2 a day, which will result in the loss of 340 permanent jobs and 160 temporary ones, and production will be centred on just one production line to increase efficiency and flexibility. The Swindon Plant – which builds the Civic, Civic Tourer, CR-V and Jazz (and the Civic Type-R from next year) – has been hard hit by the slump in European sales in the last five years and, despite still strong UK sales, production levels of 120,000 cars a year – just half of the Swindon capacity – are not enough to sustain the current staffing levels.
