Occasionally FedEx or UPS is used and expedited shipping is still standard. Whichever the carrier, a tracking number will be issued for both the buyer's and seller's information. If you would like other services such as overnight, Priority Express, signature confirmation, and/or added insurance, please ask (additional shipping charges will apply).

All purchases shipping outside the continental US will automatically be shipped using the global shipping program free of charge. If you would like your purchased item shipped a different method that would get it to you faster, please message us for a quote on any additional shipping fee's that may apply.

Returns are only accepted if return process is started within 30 days of receiving item. Item's that are returned that are no longer needed, ordered wrong, or any other reason to return a good part, will be charged a 20% restock fee, plus the shipping charge we paid to ship to you, and you will need to return to us at your expense with a tracking number. Returns are not accepted for misuse, improper installation, mishandling, wrong style, not defective already installed, missing our security marks, or failure to read entire listing for information/special instructions. Including but not limited to getting an electrical part reprogrammed, reset, or flashed for your vehicle; failure to call and properly input unlock code for radio's and some other electronic parts; etc. Bulb's are not Guaranteed to work. If the part does not work or is damaged in shipping, do not take it apart or attempt to repair before contacting us and agreeing on a course of action (this may result in losing the ability to return the item). Gasket's and o-rings that come with an item are not guaranteed to be good, as these are items that tend to wear out fast and at times can be a crush style which makes these one time use. If used again they can leak. Any additional item's, processes, installation requirements, etc are to be done at customer's expense.
