***FOR SALE AS IS FOR PARTS ONLY*** The engine started showing signs of antifreeze leak into the oil via the manifold gasket and was taken out of service in favor of a new engine. The engine was then dismantled and these are the parts. All parts appear to be fully useable but please use your own discretions - these are used internal engine parts and no returns will be accepted nor refunds issued. We are not engine people and may not know the signs to look for. However the engine was quiet and the the antifreeze had just started seeping and was not a wide open leak. 2011 Ford Flex goes Titanium
Thu, 20 May 2010Taking a page from its SEMA playbook, Ford is rolling out a top-of-the-line, semi-blinged-out people hauler for 2011, the Flex Titanium. It's dressed up for a night on the town, or a trip to soccer practice, and was devised by Ford product gurus who noticed most Flex customers tend to take high levels of content in their vehicles. The Flex Titanium has a unique black chrome-finish grille with Flex badging on the edge of the hood--a cue straight from SEMA models in 2008 and 2009.
VW to go totally turbo
Thu, 19 Sep 2013A Volkswagen AG executive announced Tuesday that the company is planning to turbocharge the entire VW fleet by the 2016 or 2017. VW's executive vice president, Mark Trahan, spoke with The Detroit News, saying they will replace the company's remaining three naturally aspirated engines, a five-cylinder 2.5-liter and two six-cylinders with turbo mills. The trend seems to be gaining popularity, seeing as Ford Motor Co.
