Up for grabs, I have a powerhead removed from a 1996 DT65 65 HP Suzuki outboard. The Powerhead is complete for the most part. I removed the trim relays and the carburetors. I purchased this motor from a marina recently. They told me the motor started up and idled perfectly but as soon as they put it on a boat and under power, the motor would bog down and stall.  It has great compression

Cylinder #1: 133 PSI
Cylinder #2 123 PSI
Cylinder #3 132 PSI

The motor has great spark on all three cylinders as well. The marina I purchased it from said they rebuilt the carbs, and replaced several ignition components, but could no figure out why it was not getting power. Their best guess was it is a timing issue. They also told me they brought it to a suzuki specialist, and they found nothing wrong with it.

All I have done with the motor is check compression and spark which is good on all 3 cylinders. This motor is pretty clean. This will be shipped freight on a pallet. Shipping will be in the neighborhood of 150-250$ to a commercial address. Message me for a quote.
Feel free to email me with any questions. Check my feedback and bid with confidence. Shipping is fast and FREE.

Pagani Zonda Revolucion (2013) first pictures of ultimate 790bhp Zonda

Tue, 04 Jun 2013

Is the new Pagani Zonda Revolucion the Nurburgring lap-record holder in waiting? The Zonda Revolucion (Revolution in Spanish) is a fettled version of the track-only Zonda R, boasting more power and F1-derived brake and aerodynamic know-how. It should easily be able to eclipse the Zonda R's record-breaking 6min 47sec Nürburgring lap time, but you’ll need fast money, too. Available to order now, the five Revolucions being produced will set you back an eye-watering €2.2m (£1.8m) each – plus taxes – and you still can't drive it on the road… For £1.8million, the Pagani Zonda Revolucion had better be packing some serious punch… Worry not: the mid-mounted 6.0-litre AMG V12 (normally aspirated still, rather than twin-turbocharged like the new Pagani Huayra in CAR's video review below) develops 789bhp – a 50bhp increase on the 2009 Zonda R's output.

Show Review: Milan Furniture Fair 2006

Fri, 21 Apr 2006

Located in one of Europe's most fashionable cities, the Italian design fair is in its 45th year, newly housed in 'Fieramilano' west of the city centre. That the venue effectively disperses crowds knotted on the underground says something about its size and the somewhat compromised transport infrastructure that has to handle the 200,000 show-goers that come in from across the world. Beneath architect Massimiliano Fuksas' sprawling structure nestle 24 considerable arenas, FTK Salon Satellite to the side.

Myths, facts and the Chevy Volt

Thu, 13 Sep 2012

The election is less than two months away, so it must be time to bash the Chevy Volt. I’m referring to a Washington Post piece titled “GM’s vaunted Volt is on the road to nowhere fast.” I cite the Post piece only because it’s the latest; there have been other similar pieces in other quote-unquote mainstream media outlets. For the most part they trot out the same old arguments.
