I am parting out a 1996 Mercury 9.9 4 stroke model# 9.9MLA4ST because of a broken off spark plug and some corrosion issues in the water jacket area of power head. The motor turned over great with nice spark otherwise. Up for bid here is the upper cowling cover that is in pretty nice overall condition with no cracks or damage to it. The paint is scratched here and there and the decals have wear as well, but still looks pretty nice. This should fit both the 9.9 and 15 h.p.as well as probably other years , but please do your research before purchase. Thank-you for looking!
