VTS unit removed from running 1996 Seadoo GSX. This unit has been upgraded with "The Trim Fix" so it shouldn't stop working anytime soon like the stock ones do. The stock module failed so I bought and installed The Trim Fix as seen below. Ski has less than 10 hours on it since installing this unit.

To use this you just install VTS unit like normal, plug in the two plugs into your Seadoos wiring, mount the small box then hook the + and - wires to your battery. (this VTS was orginally from a 1996 Seadoo GSX so please be sure you're Seadoo is compatible with this one). 5th photo from top shows it instaled in ski before removal.

I've included a near new (less than 10 hours also) rubber boot (Seadoo part# 271000459 that keeps the water out) but you will need one rubber washer seal (Seadoo part# 293830027) that is missing that goes on the VTS shaft right before the plastic nut, it's about a $2 part.

Buyer to pay $14 shipping to anywhere in the lower 48 US states. I accept Paypal. Check out my other auctions for more great stuff.

Picture below shows how I had "The Trim Fix" box mounted

Below is the actual ski parts removed from (Seadoo not included)

SEAT Ibiza ECOMOTIVE does 100mpg

Mon, 04 May 2009

Gerhard Plattner achieved almost 100mpg in a SEAT Ibiza ECOMOTIVE But when press release came in from SEAT this afternoon telling us that a SEAT Ibiza ECOMOTIVE has just achieved a run, on real roads from Barcelona to Germany, of 1,562km and used just 45.53 litres of fuel, we had to get our calculators out (we’re so old now we can only see the reality of the achievement in mpg!). By our reckoning the Ibiza managed just a shade under 100mpg. Astonishing.

London rush hour 'worst in UK'

Thu, 05 Jun 2014

ANALYSIS of in-car telematics data has revealed that London commuters get the worst deal in rush hour, with average speeds 30% slower than those across other British cities. The study of 20 million miles of telematics data by Direct Line Drive Plus shows that despite London having more congestion-fighting measures than anywhere else in the country, its road-based commuters suffer worse peak time traffic misery than anywhere else. During peak times, cars in Westminster travel at an average speed of just 10.06mph, compared to a figure of 14.38mph across the biggest British cities.
