This is a FMF Gold Series Fatty pipe for a '96 Suzuki RM125.  I bought it new about 2 years ago and had it on my bike for a total of about 20 minutes of running time.  The bike wasn't what I was looking for (I like having some low-RPM grunt available) so I ended up parting the bike out.  This pipe is in like new condition.  There aren't any dents or damage to it at all.  The finish is in perfect condition.  There's a bit of oily residue on the inside of the pipe from being used, but it's not bad at all and there isn't any carbon buildup.  The dent visible in the picture is there for kickstart lever clearance and it's supposed to be there.
This pipe is part number 020103, and I think it only fits the '96 RM125.  The '97-'00 use a different part number.  Included in the sale is the original o-ring for the headpipe.  There's a bit of high-temp copper RTV sealant on it, but it should still work just fine.

PAYMENT:  I accept Paypal or cash upon local pickup.  I expect payment with a day or two after you buy/win the item.
SHIPPING:  I'll ship the pipe with UPS Ground.  I'll get the item in the mail within a few days of when I receive payment.  I live out in the country and it might be a day or two before I get into town to a post office, but I'll get it in the mail pretty quick.  Free shipping is for the 48 continental States.  There's a surcharge for the other ones.  I generally only ship to the US.  I might be willing to ship to other places, but you'll need to contact me prior to bidding.
RETURNS:  I accept returns on a case-by-case basis.  If the mistake was mine, I guarantee that I'll make it right.  I'll even pay for the return shipping if I messed something up.  However, if the mistake was yours, it's your responsibility and chances are I won't accept a return.

If you have any questions or need more information, just ask and I'll get back to you quickly.  I pride myself on good communication.  Thanks for looking.

Ferrari 599XX evolves with more power, less weight and a movable wing

Fri, 02 Dec 2011

Ferrari used the Bologna motor show to unveil an evolution of the 599XX sports berlinetta. It's an enhanced version of the 599 GTB Fiorano that is purely for track use--it stays with the company even after you buy it. You are invited to drive at track days, from which Ferrari uses telemetry, but you aren't allowed to put it in your garage.

Automotive Suppliers Demo the Future at CES

Thu, 09 Jan 2014

There is no shortage of cool stuff at CES. Just wandering around the 2 million square feet of the Las Vegas Convention Center was like being in Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory for technophiles. For instance, just inside the Center Hall was the ginormous LG wall o' TVs, all synched together and blasting incredible 3D images that looked like a Beetles short from 1967.

Bling may not be the obvious place to be for a luxury sports car maker today, but here's Bentley showing what the ultimate development of the Continental GT will be. The Continental Supersports will be shown next week at the Geneva motor show as a production model. Its 630-hp turbocharged W12 will make it the fastest and most-powerful Bentley ever.
