What you are looking at is a fuel filter housing that fits a 1997,1998,1999 Dodge Ram with the Cummins diesel 5.9. It is new and unused.
It is complete with the lid, housing,drain valve, water sensor and drop in fuel filter. I have sold over 100 of these already on ebay for those models.The 98- 99 models have a heater harness on top which leaks diesel & sucks in air. If you look at my pictures you will see there is not a heater harness hole which means no more leaks.This model also has a harness for the water sensor. I've had nothing but positive feedback on this housing from my customers and you can look at my feedback profile to see. I have saved these customer a lot of money as an alternative to going to a Dodge dealer. These are hard to find and almost impossible to find new and unused. Don't be fooled by others who says theirs is a direct fit. From what I've seen I'm the only one who has these for sell new. You can check that as well.
