Wilwood’s championship winning road race brake systems for 1997-2013 Corvettes have been upgraded and fortified with the newly released Aerolite Quick-Silver 6R/ST racing calipers.
The Aerolite calipers feature an all new, highly efficient, weight saving forged body design. It provides an overall increase in caliper stiffness and resistance to deflection and body separation under high load, and the high pressures generated by the OE power brake system. The new calipers also use thicker 20mm pads that reduce the heat saturation rate and increase the interval time between pad service cycles. Improved pedal feel, immediate and confident response, and longer pad cycle times will keep you and your Corvette on track longer and racing to the front of the pack. Fitment List

The 1954 Aston Martin DB2/4 has been expertly restored by its current owners – who actually didn’t know the car could have inspired Fleming until they began restoring it. Years of research – and the nine-month nut and bolt renovation – followed, producing what auctioneers believe is a car that, if the right people are in the auction crowd, could make the owners very rich indeed.

True, our car has a chunk of extras- including some upmarket leather – which make it feel more premium, but even without the extra toys this is a stunningly good-looking car, inside and out. In fact the DS3 is so appealing to the eye it’s the only car this year – apart from the new Jaguar XJ – where we’ve had people knock on the window begging for a look.
