Honda Pilot concept (2007): first official pictures

Wed, 19 Dec 2007

By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 19 December 2007 13:09 Honda will show a concept of the next-generation Pilot at the Detroit Motor Show in January 2008. Although the Americans call it ‘midsize’ the current car is hardly small: at 4775mm long it’s over 200mm longer than a BMW X3 so expect the new car to be as big as the X5. Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE (2010) Review & Road Test

Sun, 25 Apr 2010

We Road Test the 2010 Range Rover Sport – on and off road It’s a remarkable 40 years this year since Land Rover introduced the world to its first luxury 4×4 – the Range Rover – and changed the car landscape forever. But by the time the Range Rover passed its thirtieth birthday and we moved in to a new millennium it started to see challenges to its throne from more road-oriented SUVS.

Chris Harris finds the McLaren P1 “a whole new thing” (video)

Thu, 20 Feb 2014

Chris Harris and McLaren’s Chris Goodwin in the McLaren P1 We know the McLaren P1 is exceptional, and we’ve heard almost the same ‘game changer’ dialogue from anyone who’s driven it. We’ve also seen the McLarenj P1 on the move in the recent Top Gear with Jeremy scaring himself witless in Belgium as his brain came to terms with the awesome 903bhp at the P1′s disposal on a less than forgiving Spa circuit in damp conditions. But what we have here – in case you’ve not seen it elsewhere – is a video review of the McLaren P1 from Drive’s Chris Harris, and it does the best job we’ve seen of explaining just why the P1 is so special and why it’s “…a whole new thing”.
