I am listing a large collection of GM publications for a friend, primarily high performance vehicles. This auction is for an original 1997 Chevrolet Camaro sales brochure. It is in very good original condition, and the pictures don't really show how nice it is. The only small flaw is the right hand lower corner was once bent back and left a crease, which doesn't show in the picture. Ford Fiesta Sport+ launched
Sat, 13 Mar 2010Ford is launching the Ford Fiesta Sport+ Now the latest Ford Fiesta has matured nicely in to the market, Ford are busy tweaking what the Fiesta has to offer in response to feedback from sales in the first year (over 350k sold). We had a revision of the Fiesta range back in October (models tweaked and a new top-end Fiesta Individual revealed) and before that we had the Fiesta Sport, an all show and no go version. But now we get the Ford Fiesta Sport+ if you want your Fiesta to look ‘Sporty+’.
CCS receives $2.5m GM Grant
Tue, 28 Jun 2011General Motors is set to strengthen its longstanding commitment to Detroit's College for Creative Studies with a $2.5 million donation, a contribution that will help the university undertake a $145 million redevelopment of its A. Alfred Taubman Center for Design Education. This is not the first time that GM has given to CCS – the ongoing relationship between them sees members of the GM design team teach and mentor students, while CCS also receives loans of industrial equipment from its Detroit neighbor.
Lamborghini Veneno roadster leaked in pictures
Fri, 18 Oct 2013The insane Lamborghini Veneno has spawned a roadster version, if Internet rumors and pictures are to be believed. Rumors of the roadster surfaced back in July, when CEO Stephan Winkelmann told Car and Driver that a convertible Veneno will be produced and sold at price near $4.5 million. We're hearing that it may actually carry a price tag of around $5.3 million.
