If your part has been worked on please note I can probably still repair, but NOT for this price as parts are usually damaged by inexperienced repairs and may need to be replaced. Twisting off needles destroys the gauges. You will need to buy new ones.

If the green flexi cable is destroyed that is $100 extra to rewire or replace.

If you send in a part that has repairs or has had repairs attempted, we will be happy to call you with an analysis.

The Obama administration plans to cut off dealer funding for the cash-for-clunkers program on Monday at 8 p.m. Eastern, after finding that the $3 billion fund is nearing depletion, Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood said. "The overriding objective was to be conservative and to provide an adequate window for a soft landing," a senior administration official said in a conference call with reporters Thursday.

As scooped by CAR Online, the Mini E is a pure electric car and just 500 will be built for corporate and private customers in the US, although a handful could make it to London where there is also a limited recharging infrastructure. The Mini E will only be available for one year as part of a trial and at the end all will be returned to BMW.

Italdesign Giugiaro has released the first of a series of teaser images of its new Geneva-bound concept car, exclusively to its Twitter followers. The Volkswagen Group-owned Italian design house has announced that from today it will be posting teaser shots of the unnamed prototype in the build-up to this year's Geneva show. When the show gets up-and-running on 6 March, Giugiaro will be tweeting directly from their booth with pictures, news and videos.
