Warranty Policy

Compressor must be installed with a new receiver / drier, expansion device (expansion valve / orifice tube), and the complete A/C system must be properly flushed and recharged using established industry guidelines. We highly recommend that a Certified A/C technician be used for all repairs. In case of a compressor failure, a return authorization number (RMA #) must be obtained from Parts Realm LLC prior to returning any merchandise. If you did not purchase all warranty components from us, you need to provide proof of purchase of these items prior to your claim being processed.  Our warranty covers the replacement of the purchased compressor only and does not cover any labor or other associated costs and expenses.

Return / Exchange Policy

This policy pertains to any merchandise ordered incorrectly by the purchaser or items that were purchased and purchaser decided not to install. A return authorization number (RMA #) is required from Parts Realm LLC prior to returning any merchandise. Your request to return these parts must be received by Parts Realm within 14 days from the date of delivery. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and associated costs. $25 is charged for restocking. All returned items are subject to inspection by Parts Realm. Returned items that are found to have been installed, dirty, tampered with, or damaged will not be refundable. Any request to return merchandise to Parts Realm that is received after 14 days from delivery will be honored at the sole discretion of Parts Realm and subject to a 20% restocking fee.

In 2007, Nick Bollea, the son of Hogan (born Terry Bollea), made news when he was arrested for reckless driving after a near-fatal accident. Nick Bollea was reportedly racing his friend from light to light in a 1998 Toyota Supra owned by him and his father, while his friend Daniel Jacobs was driving Hogan's 2003 Dodge Viper.
