This is a good used starter for the VW Passat 1.8L 4 cylinder engines. This one comes with the engine block mounting bracket, and was removed from a 2001 VW Passat turbo with an automatic transmission. This might fit cars with the manual transaxle but I am not sure. This is a road tested starter from a previous customers vehicle that functions correctly. Comes complete with mounting hardware and heat shield.
