YES, will come with the HID bulb & ballast ignitor all in one as COMPLETE.....perfect for parts use or maybe you got the way to fix it You are buying a nice complete HID headlight assy removed from a 2003 lexus GS300 SPORTDESIGN with low low miles, this is the PASSENGER side..... this light will fit all 98-05 year GS300/400/430 with factory HID setup, but since it's from the sportdesign model, so the inner housing is like black chrome looking.....very hard to find....all actual pictures here....it has some damage as you can see in the LAST 2 pictures, cracked housing...so this will be perfect for parts use or maybe you can fix it...save big.....
