Citroen is working on a '3CV', a radical new entry-level model positioned between C1 and C3. Imagine the previous C2 pepped up by the glittery polish that's made the DS3 such a success, and you're not far off Citroen's new city car vision. Known inhouse as Citroen Trois Chevaux (3CV), it reportedly captures the spirit of the quirky Ami 6, draws on the space efficiency of the 2CV and mimics the ride comfort of the hydropneumatically sprung GS.

AC is due to show the AC Cobra MK VI at the Top Marques Show in Monaco Despite being a UK car maker, AC is to build the new Cobra MK VI in Germany, at Gullwing GmbH, which gives a clue to the car’s unique feature – a removable hard top with gullwing doors. The AC Cobra has a long history, and is one of the most sought after replica cars on the market (which is hardly surprising considering the cost of an original Cobra), and is said to be single handedly responsible for the UK’s national 70mph speed limit, which was brought in after some extremely high-speed incidents on the new M1, where AC was testing its cars. Finally, after much teasing, here it is, Lamborghini’s carbonfibre concept car – the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento. Unveiled on the eve of the 2010 Paris motor show at the Volkswagen Group’s massive pre-show party, it’s a sub-1000kg supercar with a 562bhp V10, and previews the future lightweight construction methods that Lambo will use on its next V12 supercar and other future models. Sesto Elemento is Italian for sixth element, which is carbon.
