In fact, the first XF Sportbrakes are due to turn up in dealer showrooms next month, but Taggarts Jaguar has jumped the pack a bit with a couple of special reveals of the XF Sportbrake for its customers – and prospective customers – ahead of that mid-November date. Vauxhall reveals its line up for 2010 Paris motor show
Wed, 04 Aug 2010The 2010 Mondial de l’Automobile – aka Paris motor show 2010 – is set to be the launchbed for a bevy of new models from the Vauxhall stable. The Paris show will see Vauxhall launch a three-door Astra GTC Paris concept car (the main news, but sadly no photos available yet), plus a clutch of other spin-offs. There are new Meriva diesels, an Astra estate and the latest evolution of Ampera electric vehicle.
Jaguar shuffles executives as it goes for growth (2013)
Tue, 02 Jul 2013Jaguar-Land Rover has a new engineering boss and product delivery enforcer, as it gears up for an unprecedented new model push. Announced today and effective from 1 August 2013, Dr Wolfgang Ziebart becomes group engineering director, replacing Bob Joyce who moves into the new role of product creation and delivery director. Ziebart worked in R&D at BMW for 23 years, before moving onto key suppliers Continental and semi-conductor maker Infineon.
