Nissan shares recall info with Carfax

Nissan North America said on Tuesday that it will start providing Carfax with information on safety and emissions recalls for Nissan and Infiniti vehicles. Nissan said it will share vehicle identification numbers of affected cars with the vehicle-history-reports site. Drivers can type their VIN into the site to see iwhether there are any outstanding recall campaigns.

Honda FCEV concept for 2013 LA debut

Honda has revealed an official sketch of its new FCEV concept that will debut at the 2013 Los Angeles Motor Show. Normally, this wouldn’t be much of a reason to raise even an eyebrow, but Honda has also confirmed that this new concept points to the future design direction of its next fuel cell electric vehicle. New Mercedes E-Class Cabriolet and Estate delayed

The new Mercedes E-Class Cabriolet - now put back until Spring 2010 Mercedes has done a pretty good job on updating the E-Class, and its been receiving good comments all round. But Mercedes has lost the momentum a bit with the revelation that the E-Class Coupe is actually based on a C-Class chassis. Not that that alone is reason for complaint, but there was a big hoo-haa around the nomenclature for the E-Class Coupe (should it have been the CLK?) so it was a bit disingenuous of Mercedes to reveal the Coupe’s roots after its reveal.
