Up for sale are the first 2 volumes of the three volume set of factory Service Manuals for the 1998 Chevrolet Corvette. The first manual covers everything from the General Vehicle Information, HVAC, to Body & Accessories, & Restraints. Volume #2 covers Steering, Suspension, Driveline/Axle, and Brakes. Volume #3 (not included in this sale) includes Engine and Transmission/Transaxle. The books are in very good cosmetic condition with only a very few smudges on the page edges, but no marks on any of the pages. There are no torn or missing pages, and I would rate the books in overall 9+/10 condition.

Bertone B99 Jaguar NOT for Jaguar. Perhaps Lamborghini will be interested?

Mon, 07 Mar 2011

The Bertone B99 Jaguar Concept - not for us, say Jaguar We thought we were in a minority of one when we proclaimed the Bertone B99 – Bertone’s take on a new Small Jaguar – to be the wrong direction for Jaguar. We couldn’t conceive why a struggling Italian design firm like Bertone would take a punt on designing a new Jaguar, so we assumed that Jaguar must have quietly commissioned it. Otherwise Bertone would have to be a bit barking to try and usurp Jaguar’s design team; a design team with as sure a touch as any in the industry.

The Volvo V60 - bows in a bit early It doesn’t usuallt take too long once a new car is oured on the web in all its production-ready glory for the maker to bite the bullet and do an official reveal. Which is why we get the official Volvo V60 photo and information today – a bit earlier than Volvo had planned – after a Swedish car mag outed the new estate. In case you hadn’t cottoned on the Volvo V60 is the estate version of the Volvo S60, although it does seem as if Volvo is none too keen on us calling it an estate.
