Neiman Marcus Christmas Book features Chevrolet Camaro convertible

Sure, declaring the start of the holiday shopping season at the beginning of October might seem a tad early. But for enthusiasts who have seen pages 44-45 of the Neiman Marcus Christmas Book, the holidays can't come soon enough. Though the production 2011 Chevrolet Camaro convertible won't debut until the Los Angeles auto show next month, a limited-edition version is available through the luxury retailer's holiday catalog.

JAC Vision IV concept (w/ Gallery)

JAC revealed this four-door Vision IV concept at the Beijing Motor Show.  Designed by JAC's Turin-based design team, the concept showcases both a hybrid powertrain and a new A-segment chassis that houses a lithium ion battery in the center tunnel. The styling is meant to convey both a sense of 'natural electricity' and the fluid, natural strokes of Chinese calligraphy. Audi A1 Quattro models ‘on the way’

Audi has confirmed it is testing four-wheel drive Quattro versions of the A1 – indicating an imminent expansion of Audi’s supermini range. Although showcased as this one-off at a Quattro publicity event in Montreal, Canada, to celebrate 30 years of the all-corner drive system, Ingolstadt acknowledged at last autumn’s 2010 Paris motor show that Quattro versions of the A1 were in the pipeline. The production A1 Quattro will use the Haldex differential to split drive to both axles; it’s a similar technology to that found in A3 and TT Quattros, as opposed to the mechanical Torsen diff found in larger Quattro models.
