This item was removed from a 1998 Cherokee with 155k miles. I have limited experience with Cherokee's so let me list what I have been able to dig up:

This item is from 1998 Cherokee. The item has everything pictured . the car ran fine previous to removal 8-22-2013, obviously we cannot test the item now but it is sold with a 30 day warranty...

Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel drove to victory in the British Grand Prix at Silverstone Red Bull brought a newly upgraded car to Silverstone, and boy, did it show. They dominated the weekend and achieved a 1-2 finish, with Vettel cruising from start to finish in an astonishing display. Webber got stuck behind Barrichello in the Brawn off the line, allowing Vettel to storm away.

Of the six cars tested, full five-star marks were dished out to the Toyota Avensis and Toyota iQ, as well as the Mitsubishi Lancer and Mazda 6. Meanwhile, the Citroen C3 Picasso and Subaru Impreza were awarded four stars.
