I have been a collector of car brochures for over 30 years and have over the years saved a few extras of the special ones, such as this original Porsche 911 brochure for the US market.

As the world moves towards a paperless society, it makes me wonder how valuable these items may become, not only to collectors, but for people looking for printed material on particular items that may simply not be available in the near future because they were never printed to start with.

As you would expect of Porsche, the brochure is 50 pages long with beautiful photography and ample details about the car's many features. The brochure covers the 911 Coupe and Cabriolet.

I will make other brochures available on eBay, so if you are interested in getting several of them, I can combine to save on shipping. I offer these brochures as though I was on the other side looking to buy them, so I want to make your purchasing experience as pleasant as possible.

Thanks for looking and please feel free to ask me any questions about this brochure.

The first photos of the new BMW 4-Series Gran Coupe arrive The BMW 6-Series Gran Coupe looks like a four-door stretched version of the 6-Series, as it should, And it works; it’s a simply brilliant car. But we always wondered how BMW were going to differentiate the 4-Series Gran Coupe from the already existing 3-Series, which is already a 4-door saloon version of the new 4-Series Coupe. And if the leaked photos of the new 4-Series Gran Coupe are anything to go by, the answer is – not by a lot.

McLaren MP4-12C – the website +video

Fri, 02 Oct 2009

McLaren has launched a new website concentrating on the new MP4-12C Which is actually a good website. It has reams of good information and lots of images. I wouldn’t try using it from a dial-up connection, as it’s heavy on flash and imagery, but if you have a half decent connection it’s worth a play.
