But rather than roll out the standard models we’ve seen so far – the V6, V6 S and V8 S – Jaguar decided it ought to gild the lily a bit by rolling out an F-Type with a chunk of options bolted in so the Americans could see just how they could customise their own F-Type. The XT model now comes standard with the all-weather package (which includes heated front seats and heated side mirrors). A backup camera is standard on all models, 2.5i Premium trim gets a moonroof and the EyeSight Driver Assist option has been lowered by $500.

Fri, 16 Jul 2010Drove home last night but since it was so hot I didn't plug in the car to recharge until next morning. We had the central air on and I didn't want to blow a fuse in the house. I have no idea if it would have blown a fuse or not.
