In a short film titled "Intelligent Details" -- one must assume Bentley marketers had to resist the urge to call it "Intelligent Design" -- Luc Donckerwolke, director of design, and Sang Yup Lee, head of exterior design, go for a ride in black-and-white Manhattan. We thought it may be a road-going version of the Gallardo Super Trofeo and so it is, with the Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Super Trofeo Stradale leaking out on the eve of the Frankfurt show. The Super Trofeo Stradale is Lamborghini’s fulfilment of a promise to deliver a new car to every major motor show, but there’s nothing really new about the Gallardo LP570-4 Super Trofeo Stradale – it’s really just another lightweight, ‘Limited Edition’ Gallardo.
