Any problems upon receipt of the item must be made know to us in writing via e-mail. Please include your eBay user ID in all communication. If the item was damaged in transit, I will pay the return postage, If a refund is being requested for a non-defective item, the buyer is responsible for return postage and a 15% restocking fee is taken out of the amount that is being refunded. All items being returned for a refund must be returned in the same condition as received, including all accessories and packaging materials. If any item is missing from the original package a fee will be applied for the cost of the replacement. Once the RMA arrives, we will process it within 1-2 business days.
