The new BMW M3 GTS - more video On Wednesday we reported on the reveal of the BMW M3 GTS, a track-focused, stripped-out and lightweight BMW M3. It will deliver at least 450bhp from its 4.4 litre V8, all of which will be driven through the rear wheels by a 7-speed M Dual Clutch Transmission (M-DCT). Apart from the obvious orange paint job, the M3 GTS gets a very seventies looking rear wing bolted to the boot.

The biggest surprise at the 2010 NAIAS was GMC's Granite concept - a design that expands (or rather contracts) the truck/crossover brand's 'professional grade' philosophy to a compact hatchback aimed at urban hipsters and early adopters. Conceived by Frank Saucedo's Advanced Design team in California and then built at GM's Design Center in Detroit, the Granite combines the basic proportions of the Nissan Cube and Scion xB with a military/industrial feel inspired by the current G-Star and Diesel fashion lines. The Citroen DS2 - a 21st Century 2CV - will launch in 2012 We had the Citroen C3 Nouveau teased in the run up to this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show in September. By the time we got in to a reveal it had turned in to the Citroen Revolte. As we said at the time, not Revolte as in Revolting but Revolte as in Revolutionary.
