Everything Chrome Parts sales office is located just outside Raleigh, North Carolina. Our company has shipping depots all over the country. We will ship your item from the closest depot to your location for the fastest shipping. Not all of our locations stores all of our items.
- Can I pick up my purchase?
Our depots are only warehouses and do not have any sales floor for walkin customers. All products must be shipped via UPS.
- Is this item in stock? When will my purchase be shipped? How long does shipping take?
Items posted on ebay will be in stock. We manage inventory and auctions carefully. Most (95%) items will ship the same day or the following business day. UPS Domestic Ground shipping normally takes 2-6 business days. Everything Chrome Parts cannot be held responsible for delays caused by UPS or situations out of our control. - Do you offer faster shipping?
Yes, but it is VERY expensive. Please call us at 866-745-7467 with the ebay item number you want to buy.
- Why am I being charged sales tax?

- I've received my item, but it was damaged in shipping. What do I do?
DO NOT INSTALL ANY DAMAGED ITEMS! Call us immediately so we can file a damage claim with UPS and arrange for a replacement to be shipped. UPS will deny any damage claim if the item has been installed. You will be stuck with the damaged item, if it is installed, it cannot be returned.
- There was a mistake in shipping, I received the wrong item. What do I do?
We work hard to keep mistakes to a minumum but they can happen. If you receive the wrong item, please contact our returns department to arrange a replacement. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label to return the incorrect item. DO NOT INSTALL! We are not able to take back used items even if we made the error in shipping the wrong part. |

The new Auris Estate will start at £15,595 for the Active 1.33-litre Dual VVT-i and top out at £22,845 for the Excel 1.8 Hybrid Synergy Drive with CVT box, and in between will be two other engine choices - 1.4 D-4D and 1.6 Valvematic – and a total of four trim levels – Active, Icon, Sport and Excel. The trim levels mirror those on the Auris hatch, so the Active trim gets Climate, Hill Start, roof rails and 15″ steel wheels, with the Icon trim adding 16″ alloys, Fogs, Touchscreen Infotainment with Bluetooth, DAB and rear view camera.

THE LEAST WELL-OFF families are slipping further into "transport poverty", according to an RAC Foundation survey. The poorest car-owning households spent at least 31% of their disposable incomes on buying and running a vehicle in 2012, the foundation said, up from 27% the year before. The figures, based on data obtained from the Office for National Statistics, showed that in 2012 the poorest families had a maximum weekly expenditure of £167, of which £51.40 went on a car.
