What we now know as the Evoque kicked off over three years ago as the Land Rover LRX, but turned in to the Evoque at a publicity bash at Kensington Palace last Summer. Fisker has released the first image of its new Surf vehicle, set to debut at the 2011 Frankfurt motor show.
