This piece came off my personal 1999 honda 400ex, but will fit 1999-2005 honda 400ex. It is the original factory seat cover, no rips tears, normal wear and tear, but in great shape, and make somebody a great seat cover for that original look. General Motors is dropping the GM logo on its cars and trucks. The badge is a small silver square with "GM" embossed on it. It's usually on the lower edge of the front fenders.
