Factory aluminum hood for a 1999-2005 Mazda Miata. From a Miata with mahogany mica paint which was only available on a 2000 Special Edition. In good physical condition. Not bent or hit in any, so great if you plan on repainting. Has a few large dings on the top of the hood which are hard to see in the photos. Current paint is in poor condition so we suggest this hood for repainting. It has a fair amount of chips, scratches and scrapes, and speckling in the paint. This item ships within the continental U.S. via Fedex Freight for a flat fee of $150 to a business or your closest Fedex Freight depot. Revolving around a short film set in the year 2028, in which a father tells his son about the automobile world of 20 years ago, the website showcases the Wolfsburg-based automaker's vision of the automotive world 20 years from now. These 'visions of the future', which take shape in the form of three autonomous concept cars called the 'One', 'Ego' and 'Room', offer an insight into the automotive world of tomorrow as seen through the tinted spectacles of Volkswagen developers and designers.
