Jaguar boss Ralph Speth wants the next generation Jaguar XJ to be less individual and more like the Mercedes S Class and BMW 7 Series. The ‘new’ Jaguar XJ has been with us since 2009. Well, it’s been around since it was revealed in 2009, although it took another year to actually get in to the hands of customers.

The fourth annual Auto Design Prague conference will take place on 18 September at the National Technical Library in Prague-Dejvice. The event is open to professionals and the wider public, and will include a program of 10 presentations by designers including vice president of Ferrari design, Flavio Manzoni; Volvo design director Thomas Ingenlath; Jaguar's advanced design director, Julian Thompson, and Qoros head of design, Gert Hildebrand. New Kia Cee’d & Procee’d GT Turbo Geneva 2013 debut

Kia will launch the Cee’d & Pro_cee’d GT at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show with a 200bhp Turbo engine and cosmetic tweaks. We’ve already revealed that Hyundai are planning a turbo version of the i30 3-door (perhaps the Hyundai i30 R?) and Kia are following suit to with go-faster versions of the new Cee’d, new Pro_cee’d and, it appears, even the new Cee’d Sportswagon. The plan is to kick of with the launch of the Cee’d GT and Pro_cee’d GT at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, with every possibility Kia will also launch a Cee’d Sportswagon GT later in 2013.
