Up for sale is this really nice 1999 Acura Full Line Press Kit. It contains the Following models: NSX RL TL CL INTEGRA SLX This press kit contains specs, engineering features, slides and photos for these models. It starts off with a letter to the press from the Manager of Acura Public Relations. There are press releases for each of the new 1999 Acura models. The photograph holder contains 13 photographs. The slide holder contains 14 slides. It comes in a soft cover binder, which is in great condition. The binder measures 9 3/4 inches by 12 inches. This is a great collectible for the Acura owner or enthusiast. These kits were produced solely for the press and not the public. They are therefore very rare and very collectible. Although the Mazda2 has had the car surgeon’s knife lightly applied to freshen things up a bit, the big news is the oily bits, where Mazda are busy showing us that there are better alternatives to frugal cars than electric or hybrid. The new Mazda 2 gets the direct injection, 1.3 litre SkyActiv engine which features a raft of technology to squeeze every last drop of energy out of the petrol it uses, together with a CVT ‘box which does the decent thing and offers a seven-speed manual mode.
Ex-Morgan Chief Designer forms Matthew Humphries Design
Thu, 20 Sep 2012The former chief designer at Morgan, has formed his own design consultancy, Matthew Humphries Design, in a bid to branch out into the worlds of bespoke cars and product design. Humphries will continue his relationship with Morgan in a partnership that will see the newly formed company help to develop future models for the independent British sports car manufacturer. The 28-year-old Coventry University graduate believes he can begin moving into the growing market for integrating automotive design elements into product design – such as furniture – and particularly British-themed products.
