The shifter head is not included in this auction otherwise is it complete as shown in pictures; to operate it you would need to install the shifter knob.  It is fully functional and good condition. I have many other parts listed for this car; see my other items for the full list. Shipping discount may apply to multiple purchases.

Winner is to pay within 3-days of auction closing.  I accept PayPal but you have to have a US PayPal account if you pay by PayPal. I also accept personal checks and cashier’s checks (checks have to clear before shipping).  Shipping charge is a fixed in US via USPS.  I pack well, ship fast and keep you informed along the way.  I appreciate your feedback before I leave feedback for you.

Please ask all of your questions before you bid.  Thanks!

Warning over minicab 'free-for-all'

Mon, 23 Jun 2014

RAPE AND sex assaults could rise due to plans to allow minicab owners to lend their vehicles out to anyone when not at work, police bosses have warned. A cross-party group of Police and Crime Commissioners (PCCs) across England and Wales said planned deregulation will lead to a "free-for-all". Currently, only licensed private hire drivers can drive a marked private hire vehicle, drivers have to be regularly re-licensed and there are restrictions on vehicles operating across local authority boundaries.

Record expected for Auto Union sale

Wed, 07 Feb 2007

By James Mullan Motor Industry 07 February 2007 09:21 A rare 1939 Auto Union Type D grand prix car is tipped to tear up the record books this month when it goes under the hammer – for an estimated price of up to £7.8 million. Auto Union developed the Type D racing car with a mid-mounted 3.0-litre 12-cylinder engine; in 1939, it was modified with the addition of a twin supercharger, increasing power 420bhp to 460bhp – enough for a top speed of 205mph. This particular car won the French and Yugoslavian Grand Prix in 1939, but at the end of the Second World War it was transported from East Germany to the former Soviet Union by Russian occupation forces as spoils of war.
