This listing is for the cowl trim panel that goes under the windshield. This is a large oversize item, hence the high shipping cost. This truck was in good condition as evidenced by the lower miles listed below. However the rear body and frame had substantial rust / rot, causing it to fail state inspection so the owner decided to salvage the truck instead of repairing.

Q: Can you change my shipping address after I pay with Paypal?
A: WE CANNOT CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESSES! Due to Paypal security procedures we cannot change your shipping address. If we have not shipped your order we would need to cancel it and have you place your order again after correcting your address. CONTACT EBAY OR PAYPAL TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS PRIOR TO PAYMENT.

A: We would appreciate your payment as soon as your done purchasing. If you need longer please contact us to discuss. After no payment for four days we file a nonpaying report with Ebay. Q: Combined shipping?
A: We can and will when possible combine your items into one shipment. When you are done purchasing your items wait to check out until we send you a custom invoice for the correct amount. If not you may forfeit any combined discount as we are charged fees based upon that higher amount with no way to correct it.
Q: What carriers do you ship with?
A: We use USPS and Fedex for shipping of parcels. For large overweight items we ship via a freight truck. If you select ground shipping it may be shipped via Fedex or USPS at our discretion.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: All parts are warrantied against DOA for 30 days, unless said otherwise on the item listing page. We test each and every item before it is listed and inspect each one again before it is shipped. Engines, transmissions and axle assemblies have warranty in excess of DOA. We do not warranty light bulbs/fuses - they are included as a courtesy only.
Q: Do you allow returns?
A: Yes returns are allowed, except electrical items, within 30 days of your purchase date. Unless the return is the result of our mistake, you will need to absorb the cost of shipping both ways. If it is our mistake of course will reimburse you for shipping as well. Vehicle interchange problems will not be reimbursed at all. Restock fees may apply.
Q: Will you add a Buy It Now for an Auction item?
A: Yes we will, message us with your offer and if accepted we will add a buy it now for you to purchase the item now.
Q: How long does it take you to ship and how long until I get my item?
A: We will always process your order to be shipped within 24 hours of your purchase. Holidays can add an additional day. The time of shipping depends on what shipping method you pay for and can vary from 1 day to 21 days and sometimes longer for international or freight shipment. ***Freight shipments can take 2-3 days to be ready for shipment!***
Q: Freight shipment timeline
A: When you order an item that has to be shipped via freight truck it can be a few days before the item is ready. We have to buy lumber and build a custom crate and then arrange for the pickup and shipping. This can take time and if you need immediate shipping it is only possible by special arrangements. Contact us first please!
Q: Restocking Fees
A: If an item is returned because you changed your mind, bought the wrong item, or other non-warranty issue, we reserve the right to charge a 30% restocking fee. This covers the expenses related to your mistake. Some people find it better to resell the item themselves to minimize the loss.
Q: Will the part be dirty, oily or have grease on it?
A: Typically the item is pictured in the listing exactly like you will get it. We do attempt to clean some parts, but some just cannot be cleaned. Any grease, dirt or oil you see pictured probably we be on the part when you get it. If you really want a part cleaned and spotless, just message us - we can work something out.
Q: Do you include bolts, wires, bulbs or other items?
A: We include in the picture exactly what is included with your purchase. Basically if you see it in the picture it is included, if not it will not be. For electrical items we try to include a cutoff of the wire harness.
Q: Local Pickup and Delivery
A: Would you like to pickup your item instead? We only charge a $10 pickup fee on parts under $20. All other items can be picked up for no charge. Pickups are to be by appointment only! Want to have us deliver your item? We do deliveries within 150 miles for simply $1 per mile. (Please notw Paypal cannot be used for Local Pickup or Delivery)

A: We do accept Paypal on all orders except local pickup or orders we personally deliver.
Q: Does this item have rust, scratches or blemishes... what about broken tabs or pieces?
A: As they are used parts: Scratches, blemishes and misc dirt and grime is possible. When placing an item for sale we inspect/test the item and try to be sure to list any defects or damage. We then inspect/test the item again before shipping. If the exact condition is very important to you, please contact us to verify before buying.
Q: International Shipping - Will you ship internationally?
A: In short form the answer is yes, however there are exceptions to the rule. We only ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail so if it is too heavy or large to ship that way we do will not. However we are always willing to work with Freight Agents to arrange shipping to their domestic US location.
Q: Shipping Costs and Expenses
A: Please bear in mind shipping costs are much more than simply what we pay for delivery. We have to maintain a stock of tons of boxes and packing materials as well as tape, labels and ink. Typically we spend more on shipping than we charge. When there is extra above our expenses - we send it right back to you as a refund.

A: Our prices are all set at "Cash" prices. We can offer layaway in certain situations but this will need to be arranged and approved before you purchase your items.
