Warranty claims will vary
depending on situation. Unfortunately due the nature of dealing in USED
parts, TorontoJDM cannot warrant against any cosmetic defects found on the
parts such as starches, dents or blemishes. Many parts subject to wear that
must be regularly replaced do not include a warranty. We offer 6 weeks
warranty on the engine block, top and bottom only. Only major failures of
the engine (eg: Knock or blown) will be warrantied. Accessories, sensors,
transmission will not be included in the warranty. We do not warranty
shipping cost and labour cost. Professional/Proper installation is highly
recommended. Timing belt and water pump are highly recommended before the
engine is installed. Failure due to improper/unprofessional
installation/maintenance will void the warranty provided during the sale.
All engines sold by TorontoJDM are compression tested to verify proper
internal conditions. Some items available for sale through TorontoJDM may not be legal for street use; it
is
the customer’s responsibility to insure that any component(s) he/she
installs on their vehicle complies with the legislation in their area.
Due to the fact that the JDM items sold by TorontoJDM were intended for
use in Japan, some components such as ECU’s, distributors, and sensors may
not work with the North American counterparts, it is the responsibility of
the customer to research and confirm that the component he/she is purchasing
will work for their application. TorontoJDM
can not be held responsible if the component(s) sold does not work due to
this. All other parts and components carry no warranty unless specifically

BMW has released new images and a lengthy press release detailing the design process for the new 7 Series sedan, set to be unveiled at the Paris Motor Show in October. We'll spare you the hyperbole here, but stay tuned for a Design Review of the Munich-based automaker's new range topping vehicle once we've seen the car in the metal in Paris. In the meantime, check out these videos of the new 7 Series in action and hear what BMW Cars Director of Design, Adrian van Hooydonk, has to say about the design of the new flagship.

Today - 08/05/2009 - is the 50th anniversary of the first Mini rolling off the production line. To celebrate, and for a bit of free publicity (see, we’re playing the game) BMW has shipped the first Mini to roll of the production line back to Cowley to celebrate (picture at the bottom). 621 AOK, a Mini Minor, in Old English White, looks as fresh as the day it rolled off the production line half a century ago (although I wouldn’t mind betting it doesn’t have it’s original sills – they always rusted through – or copes with its original distributor and leads – one splash of rain and the car ground to a halt!).
