These are brand new Oil & Fuel filters for my 1999 Mercedes S320. It is the 140 Chassis- Short Wheelbase. These filters are the correct service parts for this car and will most likely work with other year/model S Series. Both have the appropriate hardware & O-rings or seals that are part of the component. The oil filter has a drain plug washer as well. Check out the mfg. websites for other suitable year/model compatibility. The 3.2L engine in my car was basically the same design/build for the previous 8+ years of production. Both are supplied as OEM parts for the Mercedes. The Hengst Fuel Filter is part# H80WK04 (SKU-4030776002690) and is interchangeable with Knecht KL-19, Mann WK-830/4, Purolater EP-151, & F77168 and Tecnocar B85. The oil filter is a Bosch 72194. (SKU 1457429122) I have traded in my 1999 S320 (with 280K miles) and will longer require these parts.
