Item is in good condition and feels fully functional.
Brand:OEM Manufacturer Part Number:84630=26011

I purchased this item from an Ebay seller but it was the wrong part for my 99 Toyota Rav4. It appears to be fully functional and in good operational condition, however I have no way of testing the part. I must rely on the word of the seller I purchased from. The third screw tab appears to be missing and was received this way from the used part dealer I purchased it from. It may be possible to change the outside case to get the third tab from your own part. I believe it will fit several different models of Toyotas and years. Please look closely at the photos and determine if it is a match to your part. Thanks!
