Ran well when van was rear ended two years ago.
Brand:Ford Warranty:No

Complete engine from 1999 Ford Windstar.  Ran well when rear-ended a couple years ago.  I pulled it recently with plans to use the transmission, but it was not compatible with my van because it was too much newer.  This listing is for the engine, transmission is also available, with less than 20,000 miles on rebuild.  Power steering pump, A/C compressor, and most other accessories are still attached to the engine and included.  Alternator is not attached, but may be included.  Contact me with any questions.  Shipping costs are responsibility of buyer.  I will help load, package, etc.  I know the engine is good, so I have no plans of doing a compression test, but you can come perform one if you'd like.  Located in Sioux Falls, SD.  SD only has one area code, so you can call with the number below.  Thanks.

Motown may not have rediscovered its mojo but at least the car makers formerly known as the Big Three have regained a little bit of their old swagger since the misery of last year’s Detroit show. After all, it’s not every year that two out of three national car makers go bankrupt. The survivor, Ford, unsurprisingly looked the most confident at this year’s show, never mind that its star car was about as hometown as Bauhaus and bratwurst.

Honda recalls 310,773 Pilots for seatbelt issue

Mon, 12 Sep 2011

Honda is recalling 310,773 copies of the Pilot SUV to fix a problem that could make the driver's or passenger's seatbelts unreliable in a crash. Honda says a manufacturing error with the belts could mean that stitching on some of the models is incomplete where the lap section is connected to the outer anchor, which could cause the belt components to disconnect in an accident. The recall affects 2009- to 2011-model-year Pilots.
