Toyota's performance arm TRD (stop sniggering, it stands for Toyota Racing Development) has breathed on the GT86 coupe. The GT86 TRD, of which just 250 examples are UK-bound, gets a subtle bodykit, bigger wheels, a tuned exhaust and a couple of badging trinkets, but crucially, no extra power from the 2.0-litre boxer engine. Audi has not only won at the 2012 Le Mans 24 Hour, but they’ve taken 2nd, 3rd and 5th places too in the diesel hybrid R18 e-Tron. It’s a huge achievement to win at Le Mans, so hats off – yet again - to the incredible Audi team with another stunning win at Le Mans – the 11th time in the last thirteen years - and for their 2nd, 3rd and 5th place too.
