Listings with UPS shipping only applies to anywhere in the Continental US (Lower 48 States). If you are in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, please contact us with your zip code for a shipping quote.
We do also ship to Canada, please provide us with your Postal Code for a shipping quote.

Once the order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via carrier's website. JP Motor will not be responsible for shipping delays due to shipping carrier.
If the package you have received is damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately. Please DO NOT sign for packages that had obviously been tampered with.

Returns

Please contact us within 14 Calendar Days for any return or exchange inquiries. After this period, sales are consider as FINAL.

JP Motor will only accept returns on items that have NOT been used, meaning items must be in NEW, ready for sale, condition.
A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) must be obtained prior to returning the product. Packages will not be accepted without this RMA number.
Buyer is responsible for safe return of the product including, but not limited to, proper packaging, return shipping charges and insurances. Refunds will only be issued after the product is returned and inspected.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied on all returns.
Shipping cost is NOT refundable. Listings with "Free Shipping", customer will be refunded the amount minus incurred shipping cost to the customer.
All returned products that are not in new condition will be discarded.
