Description

Our Springs are built thicker and stronger than the leading competitor and using a custom width design we've managed to create a spring that is not only strong but one that provides a comfortable quality ride. Also, unlike our competitors, we offer driveshaft alignment shims to maintain the angle of your driveshaft so you won't get any annoying vibrations.
INCLUDES SPRING DECOMPRESSION/INSTALLATION TOOL!

  • Custom Width Design Rear Leafs for strength and comfort.
  • Machine Tempered spring steel for outstanding performance and quality.
  • Flex Powder Coat finish to withstand high compression without cracking.
  • Tapered alignment shims to keep your pinion angle in proper specification with our lift kit.
  • High grade extended spring pack alignment bolts and High grade hardware supplied for installation.
  • Self-Centering design allows for even unloading and compression.
  • No other leaf spring manufacturer offers such an easy, safe tool. No more C-Clamps!
  • Tool Process

Our Spring Force Leaf Spring tool is simple, safe, and fast to use. Install the tool over the spring pack, and tighten down the compression bolt. Loosen and remove the center pin nut, and center pin. Loosen the compression bolt til the springs decompress, and remove the tool. Install the new add-a-leaf in the appropriate location. Replace the tool over the spring pack (you can loosen the two side nuts if the compressor needs to be more open to accommodate the new spring). Insert the new center pin, and begin to tighten the compression bolt to compress the pack. Push the center pin all the way through, and install the nut. Tighten the center pin nut and remove the tool. YOUR ADD-A-LEAF IS NOW INSTALLED AND READY TO GO!

    Comparision

Our Spring Force Leveling Lift Kits provide both increased towing capacity and a rugged leveled look to your truck. Don't settle for fragile lift blocks that will crush under repeated compression. Get a lift that will last a lifetime and increases the value of your truck. Our leaf springs bring back the life of your worn rear leafs and add towing capacity while reducing rear sag.

    '400,000 children in smoky cars'

    Tue, 19 Nov 2013

HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of children travel in smoke-filled cars every week, a charity has warned. The British Lung Foundation (BLF) estimates that in England more than 430,000 children aged 11 to 15 are exposed to second hand smoke in cars each week. The charity, which conducted analysis on official NHS data, said that 185,000 children of the same age are exposed to smoke while in the family car on "most days", if not every day.

Next Volvo infotainment system will look like an iPhone

    Mon, 10 Mar 2014

After more than a decade of disparate and clunky systems that have tried to force their ways of doing things upon our already-overloaded brains, it appears that smartphones and cars are finally going to be friends, after all. And by that, we don't mean that it's suddenly OK to text and drive. Rather, the infotainment systems in cars are finally going to have operating systems that mirror those of smartphones as they interact with your own phone.

Toyota Auris facelift (2010): first official photos

    Mon, 25 Jan 2010

Toyota is attempting the impossible: to make its Golf challenger more interesting. The new-for-2010 Toyota Auris receives a facelift inside and out, engineering tweaks to nudge CO2 downwards and a sportier model to lure in younger drivers. Good luck, Toyota… Forgive us for sounding harsh, but CAR has never seen eye to eye with the Auris, dubbing it the ‘magnolia’ of the hatchback segment when we first drove it in 2007.
