SuspensionMAXX ShoX-Xtender Shock Extension Kits allows the original shocks on your Chevrolet Colorado or GMC Canyon to remain in place when you have lift shackles installed. This kits will put a 2" spacer between the rear shock mounting points and shock absorbers to prevent over extension during extreme suspension travel, and to help maintain the stock ride and handling characteristics. ShoX-Xtender Shock Extension Kits help keep costs low by allowing vehicle owners to use the original shocks when lift shackles are installed; the purchase of expensive longer shocks isn’t necessary.
CNC precision formed solid steel spacers provide ultra-rigid and strong shock mount structure. Spacers and braces are e-coated for corrosion resistance. Kits include solid steel ShoX-Xtenders, braces and Grade 8 hardware. 100% American Made and covered by the SuspensionMAXX Structural Lifetime Warranty.
ShoX-Xtender kits are easily installed and are completely reversible to factory settings. Installation can be accomplished in just 1.5 - 2 hours
