Description : This auction is for a brand new ceramic universal high flow catalytic converter with a 2.25" inlet / 2.25" oulet. Two o2 bungs are welded into place with a installed o2 nut to plug up one port. Inlet to outlet, the length is approximately 13" and approximately 6.5" at its widest point. These are made with mild steel ends for easy installation for welding into place. Great for those needing to replace the stock cat that has been damaged or is clogged. Designed specifically for naturally aspirated applications. These should not be used for turbocharged applications or applications producing extreme exhaust gas temps. For those that do fall in this catagory, we also have high flow metalic cats in stock that are more suited for extreme exhuast gas temps / racing use. The 2014 Vette with the performance-exhaust system can make the 0-60 sprint in 3.8 seconds. Braking from 60-0 mph takes just 107 feet, and the Stingray can sustain 1.03g in cornering.

GM unveils electric Cadillac Converj concept at the Detroit auto show

General Motors pulled perhaps a surprise at the Detroit Auto Show Sunday morning, unveiling an eye-catching two-door Cadillac concept powered by a "future evolution" of the Chevrolet Volt's electric powertrain. Called the Converj, the Cadillac will have a range of 40 miles on electricity, with a potential total range of 700 miles after a generator kicks in. GM says the powertrain, formerly known as E-Flex, is now called Voltec, and could be used in a variety of applications.
