The OEM fuel tank equipped on every vehicle is made to last the life of the vehicle and for everyday use. However, for racing purposes, it is overly large and heavy. That is where aluminum fuel cells/tanks come in. They are smaller, mountable in different locations and It is filled with an open-cell foam core to prevent explosion of vapor in the empty portion of the tank and to minimize sloshing of fuel during competition that may unbalance the vehicle or cause inadequate fuel delivery to the motor (fuel starvation).

The new Jaguar XE, which will be revealed this year before going on sale in 2015, will be the first all-aluminium car ever launched in the premium small saloon sector – and prices are expected to start from £30,000.     The 2015 Audi A3 will be the star of Audi's 2014 Super Bowl ad, the seventh consecutive year that the automaker will be airing a commercial spot during the sporting event. You might have seen last year's "Prom" campaign by Audi (the video above) or the even more memorable "Vampire Party" from 2012, featuring the Audi S7. Another recent Audi Super Bowl ad that the Internet seemed to like was 2011's "Release the Hounds" spot for the Audi A8, mocking old luxury...at Mercedes-Benz's expense, we might add.
